Closed Captioning

We at Escape understand that closed captioning is important to many of our viewers. That’s why we include closed captioning on our programming whenever captioning is available.  We do this even though, as a new network,Escape is not required by the FCC to include closed captioning for the first four years of operation.  As a new network, we are not yet able to include captioning on all of our programming, but we are constantly striving to increase the amount of programming that is captioned.

Closed Captioning Issues

If you believe that closed captioning on any Escape programming is not accessible to you as a result of a transmission issue, please feel free to contact us through email and Facebook.  

To assist us in resolving the issue, please provide the following information when you contact us:

  • Your name, address, and email address, Facebook contact point?
  • Your preferred method of contact (email or Facebook)
  • The name of the program with the captioning issue
  • A brief description of the captioning issue, including the date and time you experienced the problem
  • The station letters of your local Escape broadcast affiliate
  • If you are watching Escape through a cable provider, the name of that provider
